以下のコマンドで確認可能です。

> show counter global name flow_meter_host_throttle

【表示例】
> show counter global name flow_meter_host_throttle

   Name:           flow_meter_host_throttle
   Value:          32
   Severity:       Drop
   Category:       flow
   Aspect:         session
   Desciption:     Session metering: sessions throttled by management session thres
   hold

dropされた場合、Valueがカウントアップされます。
